以花梗高度较高的蝴蝶兰品种‘红天鹅’为试材,研究了喷施3种植物生长延缓剂BAS、矮壮素(CCC)和多效唑(PP333)对其开花质量的影响及叶片内源激素生长素(IAA)、赤霉素(GA)、脱落酸(ABA)、玉米素核苷(ZR)的含量和比例变化的影响。结果表明:不同延缓剂对蝴蝶兰开花质量影响不一,一定种类及浓度的植物生长延缓剂能有效降低花梗高度,但花序长度也有所降低,各处理对花径大小和始花期影响较小。各处理能明显降低植株体内GA含量,提高ABA含量;处理的IAA变化与GA含量成一定相关性,且各个阶段含量高于对照;延缓剂处理初期ZR的含量变化不显著,之后较之对照稳定在较高水平。与对照相比,ABA/IAA和ZR/IAA略有下降,ZR/GA与ABA/GA均有所上升且明显高于对照。多效唑是控制蝴蝶兰花梗高度的理想药剂,150~300mg/L是较为适宜的处理浓度;较低含量GA及高ZR/GA状态有利于成花;相对高含量的IAA是抑制花梗生长的关键因素。
The effects of spraying three kinds of plant growth retardants BAS, CCC and PP333 on the flowering quality of the phalaenopsis, the red swan with high pedicel height, were studied. (IAA), gibberellin (GA), abscisic acid (ABA), zeatin riboside (ZR) content and the proportion of changes. The results showed that different retardants had different effects on the flowering quality of Phalaenopsis. Some species and concentrations of plant growth retardants could effectively reduce the height of the pedicels, but the length of the inflorescences also decreased. The effects of different treatments on the flower size and initial flowering were minor. Each treatment could significantly reduce the content of GA in plants and increase the content of ABA. The change of IAA in treatment was related to the content of GA, and the content of GA in each stage was higher than that in control. The content of ZR in the initial stage of retarding agent did not change significantly, At a high level. Compared with the control, ABA / IAA and ZR / IAA decreased slightly, ZR / GA and ABA / GA increased and were significantly higher than the control. Paclobutrazol is the ideal medicament for controlling the height of Phalaenopsis peduncle. 150 ~ 300mg / L is the most appropriate treatment concentration. Low GA and high ZR / GA are conducive to flowering. Relatively high content of IAA is the key to inhibit the growth of pedicel factor.
