为了探讨不同方式的力竭运动对大鼠细胞免疫功能的影响,让大鼠分别进行游泳和跑步两种方式力竭性运动。并测定大鼠血浆皮质醇和免疫细胞CD4+、CD8+含量,实验结果:两种方式力竭性运动后血浆皮质醇均显著升高 (P<0.05),CD4+显著下降(P<0.01),跑步力竭组CD8+显著升高(P<0.05),而游泳力竭组则无明显差异。同时显示跑步力竭组血浆皮质醇及CD_8+升高值和CD4+下降值与游泳力竭组相比有明显差异。结果表明两种运动方式的力竭性运动都引起皮质醇含量的增加和机体免疫机能的下降,且跑步力竭组引起机体的应激状态和免疫功能下降更为明显。
In order to explore the different ways of exhaustive exercise on cellular immune function in rats, so that rats were swimming and running two ways exhaustive exercise. The levels of plasma Cortisol and CD4 +, CD8 + in plasma of rats were determined. The results showed that the plasma cortisol levels in both groups increased significantly (P <0.05) and CD4 + decreased (P <0.01) (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in exhaustive swimming group. At the same time, there was a significant difference in the values of plasma cortisol, CD_8 + and CD4 + decline in running exhaustion group compared with swimming exhaustion group. The results showed that exhaustive exercise induced by exercise increased the content of cortisol and decreased the immune function, and the exhaustive exercise caused more stress and immune function decline.
