[目的 ]比较研究 10种人造矿物纤维 (MMMF)对人淋巴细胞的损伤作用。 [方法 ]采用日本纤维状物质研究协会提供的 10种标准人造矿物纤维 (JFM) ,用单细胞凝胶电泳法 ,以人淋巴细胞为靶细胞 ,用迁移率和迁移度评价对细胞DNA链断裂程序。 [结果 ]RF1、RF2 、RF3 、MG1、SC1、TO1引起DNA链断裂程度与对照比较 ,统计学上有显著性差异。其中RF1、RF2 、RF3 和MG1纤维所引起DNA链断裂程度与温石棉接触。 [结论 ]10种人造矿物纤维均可引起不同程度的DNA链损伤 ,但损伤程度除耐火纤维外 ,均低于温石棉。
[Objective] The purpose of this study was to comparatively study the damage of human lymphocytes by 10 kinds of man-made mineral fibers (MMMF). [Method] The 10 kinds of standard artificial mineral fibers (JFM) provided by Japan Fibrous Material Research Association were used. Single cell gel electrophoresis and human lymphocyte were used as target cells. The cell DNA strand breaks program. [Results] The degree of DNA strand breaks caused by RF1, RF2, RF3, MG1, SC1 and TO1 was statistically different from the control. Among them, the degree of DNA strand breaks caused by RF1, RF2, RF3 and MG1 fibers was in contact with chrysotile. [Conclusion] All ten man-made mineral fibers could cause different degree of DNA strand damage, but the degree of damage was lower than that of chrysotile except refractory fiber.
