空间钢管桁架经常需要采用铸钢件来解决复杂节点的焊接问题。在桥梁、海洋石油平台、风力发动机塔架等疲劳荷载起控制作用的结构中,铸钢件-热轧钢管之间的焊接疲劳性能是需要特别关注的问题。详细介绍国际上铸钢焊接节点在工程的应用、铸钢件材料以及与钢管焊接节点的疲劳性能的研究进展,对一些相关问题进行讨论,指出铸钢焊接节点需要进一步研究的疲劳问题,以期促进我国铸钢焊接节点的工程应用和设计。
Space steel trusses often require steel castings to solve the problem of welding joints at complex points. In structures where fatigue loads such as bridges, offshore oil platforms, wind turbine towers and the like play a controlling role, welding fatigue properties between steel castings and hot-rolled steel pipes are of particular concern. This paper introduces the application of cast steel welded joints in engineering, the research progress of cast steel parts and the fatigue properties of welded joints with steel tubes in detail. Some related problems are discussed in detail, and the fatigue problems that need to be further studied in cast steel welded joints are pointed out in order to promote Engineering Application and Design of Cast Steel Welding Node in China.
