使用粗焊条、大电流、连续工作,焊钳手柄会发热烫手,这是焊工们所迫切希望解决的问题。手柄的热量来自哪儿呢?主要是电缆软线接头处和焊条与焊钳口接触处的电阻热和电弧辐射热。为解决这个问题,我们研制出一种水冷焊钳,使用证明效果十分理想。更换焊钳时只要拧动手柄上的两个螺丝即可,也很方便。一、水冷焊钳的结构如图1所示。它是由铜水套、进水管、出水管、电缆接头等组成,采用氧-乙炔陷、铜钎料焊接。要求接头牢固,密封性好,不漏水。
