武钢热轧厂为了节约能源,对引进的板坯加热炉计算机控制工艺与数学模型进行了改造,使板坯吨钢重油消耗由75kg下降到50.7kg,82年以来,持续稳定控制在50kg以下,在年产量和作业率尚未达到设计指标的情况下,重油单耗首先达到了设计水平,两年来节约了大量重油能源。改造项目包括:把各加热炉按统一的抽出目标温度进行抽钢控制,改为按保证统一的轧制温度决定的不同的加热炉出炉板坯的不同目标温度控制抽钢;在保证设备安全和满足轧制工艺要求的前提下,改造目标抽出温度模型,适当降低抽钢温度;开发多种基准炉温制度,根据生产情况自动选择使用的炉温控制新方法;开发板坯最小在炉时间计算设定模型化,自动由计算机进行计算设定等。上述改造,是武钢热轧厂本阶段取得的节能成绩的重要措施,也为同类工厂的设计和改造提供了经验。
