探讨测定新生儿睡眠代谢率 (SMR)的方法 ,为其临床应用及营养支持提供参考。应用间接能量测定仪对 1 5例健康新生儿进行SMR检测。结果显示健康新生儿SMR为 1 98 2± 2 2 7kJ/kg ,且其与出生体重、测定时体重、测定时身高、体表面积、预测值均呈显著相关关系。而且与日龄、胎龄及当日摄入热卡量有关。表明新生儿SMR受多种因素影响 ,空腹状态测定值较稳定。结论提示 :SMR测定可为新生儿营养及生长发育监测提供参考依据。
To investigate the method of measuring the neonatal sleep metabolic rate (SMR), and to provide a reference for its clinical application and nutritional support. Indirect energy detector was used to detect SMR in 15 healthy newborns. The results showed that healthy newborns SMR was 1 98 2 ± 2 2 7kJ / kg, and its birth weight, body weight measured, measured height, body surface area, the predicted value was significantly correlated. And with age, gestational age and the amount of calories intake on the day. That the newborn SMR affected by many factors, fasting state measured values more stable.
