7月27日～8月5日,浙江省教育学会学前教育分会组织学会15名会员赴台湾考察。本着“了解情况、互相交流、共同提高”的原则,考察团走访了新竹嘉德琳幼稚园,丰原蒲公英成长学园,台南兴文斋幼儿学园,宜兰康乃儿幼稚园、康宝儿托儿所,道生教育机构中山华群园、汐止华馨园、士林道敦园等8所托幼园所,并和台湾幼教同行进行了广泛交流。在考察和交流过程中,考察团成员明显感到:①台湾的幼教同行都非常敬业。②台湾的幼教机构都非常注重教职工素质的提高,如学历进修、专业培训等,特别强调送部分员工出国进修。③都非常注重幼儿园环境的创设。在台湾,由于幼儿园的园舍面积都相对较小,因此,幼儿园十分注重利用幼
From July 27 to August 5, 15 members of the Association for Preschool Education in Zhejiang Education Society visited Taiwan. In line with the principle of “understanding the situation, exchanging ideas with each other and jointly improving”, the delegation visited Hsinchu Jiadelin Kindergarten, Fengyuan Dandelion Growth Park, Tainan Xingwenzai Kindergarten, Ilan Kangaroo Kindergarten, Kangboer Nursery, and Taoist Education Zhongshan Huayun Garden, Xizhihua Garden, Shilin Avenue Park and other 8 nurseries and kindergartens, and Taiwan preschool education counterparts conducted extensive exchanges. In the process of inspection and exchange, members of the delegation clearly felt: ① Taiwan’s kindergarten teachers are very dedicated. ② Taiwan’s preschool education institutions all attach great importance to the improvement of the quality of teaching and learning staff, such as academic education and professional training, with special emphasis on sending some employees to go abroad for further studies. ③ are very focused on the creation of kindergarten environment.
