目的:探讨抚触和被动运动在脑瘫患儿治疗中的影响。方法:对郑州第一人民医院新生儿科2006-07/2008-07收治的114例脑瘫高危儿中随机抽起A组57例在住院期间和出院后进行抚触和被动运动进行干预,对照组B组57例按正常治疗方案执行。由专人分别在3、6、12个月进行随访,对患儿的体格发育、智力发育、运动功能及行为姿势是否符合标准进行监测和评定。结果:A组在运动功能和行为姿势方面明显好于B组。结论:抚触和被动运动在脑瘫治疗中有着非常重要的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of touching and passive exercise on children with cerebral palsy. Methods: A total of 114 patients with cerebral palsy at risk of cerebral palsy were randomized in group A (n = 57) from July 2006 to July 2008 in Zhengzhou First People ’s Hospital. During the period of hospitalization, 57 patients were subjected to touching and passive exercise after hospital discharge. Control group B Group 57 patients under the normal treatment program. The patients were followed up at 3, 6, and 12 months respectively to monitor and assess whether the children’s physical development, mental development, motor function and posture were in compliance with standards. Results: Group A was significantly better than group B in motor function and behavior posture. Conclusion: Touch and passive exercise play a very important role in the treatment of cerebral palsy.
