20多年的改革开放,不但创造了我国经济超速发展的奇迹,但市场经济和公司制社会,却也带来了能源的巨大消耗、环境破坏、区域的不平衡和社会贫富差距的拉大、社会矛盾的加剧,我们赖以生存的社会体系,也面临着重重危机。企业已经不是传统意义上的作为单个个体存在,也不仅仅是为了单一的自身经济利润最大化,而是围绕着企业周围的一大群的利益相关群体,包括政府、雇员、社区、所有者、供应商以及环境等。企业已经成为一个与社会紧密联系的组织,成为社会的不可缺少的元素。由此企业如何兼顾企业的利润与企业伦理?有赖于基于企业的利益相关者、外部生态环境等纬度建立并完善企业公民价值体系。
More than 20 years of reform and opening up have not only created a miracle in the rapid economic growth in our country, but the market economy and the company-based society have also brought about tremendous energy consumption, environmental damage, regional imbalances and the widening gap between the rich and the poor. Social conflicts are aggravating. The social system on which we depend for survival also faces grave crises. Instead of maximizing their own economic profit, the firm is not a single individual in the traditional sense, but rather surrounds a large group of stakeholders, including the government, employees, communities, owners, suppliers Business and the environment. Enterprises have become an organization closely linked with society and become an indispensable element of society. Therefore, how to balance corporate profit with corporate ethics depends on establishing and improving corporate citizen value system based on enterprise stakeholders, external environment and other latitudes.
