500 kV智能变电站作为电网枢纽点承担着“大容量、长距离”的输电任务。智能变电站较之于传统变电站,其部分二次设备和回路连接方式发生了改变,导致了继电保护作业模式也发生根本性变化,若二次安全措施布置不合理、不完善,极易造成保护装置的误判和不正确动作。因此,智能变电站二次系统工作时的安全性应引起足够的重视。基于此,从智能变电站组成结构出发,对比智能变电站与常规变电站保护结构上的差异,分析传统二次安全措施所产生的相应变化,重点探讨智能变电站继电保护在首检预试和改扩建两类情况下的二次安全措施的具体实施方法。 500 kV intelligent substation as a grid hub bear “large capacity, long distance ” power transmission tasks.
