南水北调中线工程招标管理工作在工程实施过程中,始终处于比较重要的位置。为了更好地促进中线工程的顺利开展,南水北调中线建管局制订了《南水北调中线干线工程建设管理局招标投标管理办法》、《南水北调中线干线工程委托项目招标投标管理规定》等制度,使有关部门各司其职,招标管理程序明确、清晰,取得了很大的成绩,达到预期的效果。穿黄工程是南水北调中线工程重要组成项目,本文主要结合穿黄工程招标工作的一些实践。对南水北调中线工程招标管理工作出现的问题和经验进行分析。
During the project implementation process, the bidding management of the mid-route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project has always been in a relatively important position.
