有人报道,熊去氧胆酸(UDCA)可降低慢性肝炎血清中肝脏酶浓度,但将其用于治疗丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)相关性疾病的资料很少。本文报道UDCA治疗HCV相关性疾病降低丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)与谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)的初步研究结果。
It has been reported that ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) reduces hepatic enzyme concentrations in serum of patients with chronic hepatitis but little information is available for the treatment of hepatitis C virus (HCV) -related diseases. This paper reports the preliminary results of UDCA in the treatment of HCV-related diseases to reduce alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and glutamyl transpeptidase (γ-GT).
