射水法超薄混凝土防渗墙其一般结构形式为400mm厚C25素混凝土,采用射水法成墙的工艺进行施工,墙深一般为6~45m。它是近10年发展并日趋完善的建造地下连续墙的新方法。该法具有工艺合理,工序衔接紧密,设备配套完整且自成系统,适应地层范围广,成墙垂直精度高,施工布置灵活,事故处理难度小及造墙性价比高等优点。它与传统的防渗墙(如冲击钻或抓斗成墙,高压定喷墙等)有所不同,其成墙厚度(约40cm)厚于高压定喷墙,但比冲击钻或抓斗成墙(最少厚度60cm)薄得多。射水法成墙的防渗效果比高压定喷墙好,本文简要阐述了射水法超薄混凝土防渗墙的一般结构形式、特点、应用、原理方法。

The method has the advantages of reasonable technology, close connection of processes, complete and self-forming equipment, wide range of stratigraphic adaptation, high vertical accuracy of wall formation, flexible construction arrangement, small difficulty in handling accidents and high wall-to-wall cost performance. It is different from the traditional cutoff wall (such as impact drill or grab into wall, high pressure set spray wall, etc.), its wall thickness (about 40cm) thicker than high pressure fixed spray wall, but than the impact drill or grab Wall (minimum thickness of 60cm) is much thinner. Impermeable effect of the water jetting method into the wall is better than that of the high pressure fixed jetting wall. This paper briefly describes the general structure, characteristics, application, principle and method of the water jetting method ultra-thin concrete impervious wall.
