甘草是常用的大宗药材,具有和中缓急、润肺、解毒、调和诸药之功效,甘草除药用外,还用于食品、烟草、日化及畜牧业等。但是由于近年来甘草资源的无序开发及乱挖滥采导致生态环境的严重恶化,如在内蒙古、新疆等地区,严重破坏了野生甘草资源和草原植被。为了解决目前对中药材甘草的需求矛盾,甘草的优质高产栽培研究越显其重要和紧迫,但是以根及根茎人药甘草的根系研究未见报道。本实验在田间条件下,探讨经植物生长物质处理的甘草苗期根系内源激素水平变化动态,旨在为甘草优质高产栽培提供依据。
Licorice is a commonly used bulk herbs, with the priority and lungs, detoxification, reconcile the efficacy of various drugs, licorice in addition to medicine, but also for food, tobacco, cosmetic and animal husbandry. However, due to the disorderly exploitation of licorice resources and the serious deterioration of ecological environment in recent years, such as in Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang, it has seriously damaged wild licorice resources and grassland vegetation. In order to solve the current contradiction between the demand for Chinese medicinal licorice, licorice quality and high yield cultivation research more and more important and urgent, but root and rhizome rhizome licorice root research has not been reported. In this experiment, we studied the dynamic changes of endogenous hormones in roots of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. Treated by plant growth substances under the field conditions in order to provide basis for high quality and high yielding cultivation of Glycyrrhiza uralensis.
