目的探讨医学生家庭各因素及生活事件对自杀意念的影响,为医学生自杀的预防提供科学依据。方法采用一般情况、自杀意念和生活事件编成问卷对新疆医科大学820名学生进行分层整群随机抽样调查,利用SPSS 17.0进行统计分析。结果医学生自杀意念发生率为21.1%;不同性别、有无自杀史、是否单亲、生活满意度和家庭关系的医学生,自杀意念表现差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.897、42.109、6.371、12.892、33.428,P均<0.05);有无自杀意念组医学生生活事件多维度差异均有统计学意义(t=9.931、10.842、11.161、7.845、10.257、14.875,P均<0.05);多元分析发现:家庭关系、是否单亲、自杀史和人际关系综合影响医学生自杀意念。结论家庭中的多个因素和所经历的生活事件对医学生自杀意念的产生有影响,因此要动员家庭参与才能有效干预医学生的自杀行为。
Objective To explore the influence of various factors and life events of medical students on suicidal ideation, and provide a scientific basis for prevention of suicide among medical students. Methods A total of 820 students from Xinjiang Medical University were stratified by random sampling using the general situation, suicidal ideation and life events questionnaires, and SPSS 17.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results The incidence rate of suicidal ideation among medical students was 21.1%. There was significant difference in the manifestations of suicidal ideation between medical students and their family members with different sex, with or without suicide history (χ2 = 4.897,42.109,6.371,12.892 , 33.428, P <0.05). There were significant differences in life events among medical students with or without suicidal ideation (t = 9.931,10.842,11.161,7.845,10.257,14.875, P <0.05) : Family relationships, whether single parent, history of suicide and interpersonal relationships affect the students’ suicidal ideation. Conclusion Many factors in the family and the life events experienced have an impact on the students ’suicidal ideation. Therefore, it is necessary to mobilize family participation in order to effectively intervene in the students’ suicidal behavior.
