0.4%戊二醛甲醛混合液保存4周的猪透明肋软骨异体皮下移植1~5月后图像定量分析移植软骨的细胞学形态参数及组织中GAG(酸性粘多糖)的含量.结果表明:各实验组细胞密度均高于对照组(p<0.001),证明软骨细胞继续保持其增殖分裂活性.保存未移植软骨,移植1月及3月后细胞形态因子、核周长、核面积DNA相对含量等4项参数均无显著性差异(p>0.05),而移植5月后该4项参数均与对照组有显著差异(p<0.001),均不同程度下降达原对照组的87.8%,89.4%,77.0%及76.8%.核浆比值在保存及异体移植1~3月后升高,移植5月后仍继续升高达对照组的1.31倍.AB染色切片细胞内的酸性粘多糖含量于移植1~5月内升高超过对照组含量,于5月末达到对照组的108.3%(p<0.001),而基质中的GAG含量在移植后1~3月时与对照组无明显差异(p>0.05)而移植5月后下降(p<0.001)但仍达对照组99.7%.
