通过田间自然鉴定和田间人工接种鉴定的方法,研究了我国葡萄属20 个野生种或变种对白粉病的抗性。结果表明,在葡萄白粉病人工接种的喷雾、涂抹和干粉方法中,以2×105 个/m L的悬浮孢子液进行田间喷雾接种,21 d 后调查接种鉴定结果为最佳方法,田间自然鉴定和人工接种鉴定及叶片和果实对白粉病的抗性存在显著的相关关系
The resistance to powdery mildew in 20 wild species or varieties of the genus Vitis in China was studied by field identification and artificial inoculation in the field. The results showed that in the spray, smear and dry powder methods of artificial inoculation of grape powdery mildew, the inoculation was carried out with 2 × 105 spores / ml suspension of spores and the best method was 21 days after the inoculation. And artificial inoculation identification and leaf and fruit powdery mildew resistance significant correlation
