目的探讨福辛普利钠对自发高血压大鼠(SHR)左室心肌有效不应期和心室颤动阈值的影响。方法10周龄雄性SHR16只随机分成福辛普利钠组[5mg/(kg.d),灌胃]和无治疗组,每组8只;8只10周龄Wistar大鼠作为对照组。喂药8周后分别测定各组大鼠动脉收缩压、左室质量指数(LVMI)、心室有效不应期和心室颤动阈值。结果两组SHRLVMI[无治疗组(3.7±0.01)、福辛普利钠组(3.2±0.03)mg/g]明显大于对照组[(2.5±0.02)mg/g,P<0.01];两组SHR心室颤动阈值[无治疗组(15.3±0.5)、福辛普利钠组(18.3±0.5)mA]明显低于对照组[(26.2±0.5)mA,P<0.01],福辛普利钠组明显大于无治疗组[(15.3±0.5)mA,P<0.01];福辛普利钠对SHR的心室有效不应期无明显影响。结论福辛普利钠提高自发高血压大鼠左室肥厚心室颤动阈值,心室颤动阈值与LVMI呈明显负相关。
Objective To investigate the effect of fosinopril on left ventricular effective refractory period and ventricular fibrillation threshold in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR). Methods 10 SHR16 male SHR16 were randomly divided into fosinopril sodium group [5mg / (kg · d), gavage] and no treatment group, 8 rats in each group. Eight Wistar rats, 10 weeks old, served as the control group. After 8 weeks of feeding, the arterial systolic pressure, left ventricular mass index (LVMI), ventricular effective refractory period and ventricular fibrillation threshold were measured respectively. Results Compared with the control group [(2.5 ± 0.02) mg / g, P <0.01], SHRLVMI in the untreated group (3.7 ± 0.01 vs 3.2 ± 0.03 mg / g) The threshold of ventricular fibrillation in SHR group was significantly lower than that in the control group ([(26.2 ± 0.5) mA, P <0.01], no treatment group (15.3 ± 0.5) and fosinopril sodium group (18.3 ± 0.5) (15.3 ± 0.5) mA, P <0.01]. Fosinopril sodium had no significant effect on the ventricular effective refractory period of SHR. Conclusion Fosinopril sodium can increase left ventricular hypertrophy threshold in spontaneously hypertensive rats, and ventricular fibrillation threshold is negatively correlated with LVMI.
