滤色片的作用主要是改变入射光的光谱成份或光的强度,以利于显微观察或摄影.日本Olympus显微镜用的滤色片种类繁多,性能各异.因此,了解滤色片的光谱特征,正确选用滤色片,对于获得最佳显微观察和摄影效果是不可缺少的条件.滤色片根据着色剂的不同可分为两大类:一类是用硒、镉元素着色,主要品种为黄色、橙色和红色,其特点是透射范围宽,谱线单一,如图1所示;另一类是用离子着色,颜色品种较多,可包括整个可见光区,部分紫外和红外光潜区.离子着色滤色片的特点是透射曲线在整个光谱范围内有明显的波峰及波谷,如图2所示.下面介绍几种Olympus显微镜常用
