目的:检验工作惬意感问卷(Work-related Flow Inventory,WOLF)的信度与效度。方法:用WOLF先后施测了950名中国企业员工,对数据进行内部一致性信度、重测信度与组合信度分析、探索性因素分析与验证性因素分析。结果:WOLF包括专注、愉悦和内在动机三个因素;三因素结构的各项拟合指数均达到先定的标准;各因素的Cronbach’sα系数在0.70以上,重测信度在0.85以上,组合信度和方差析出量AVE值分别在0.80和0.50以上。结论:中文版WOLF的心理测量学指标比较理想,具有跨文化的适用性。
Objective: To test the reliability and validity of Work-related Flow Inventory (WOLF). Methods: WOLF was used to test 950 Chinese employees, the internal consistency of data reliability, reliability and reliability test portfolio reassessment, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Results: WOLF included three factors: concentration, pleasure and intrinsic motivation. The fitting indexes of the three-factor structure reached the first standard. The Cronbach’sα coefficient of all factors was above 0.70 and the retest reliability was above 0.85. Reliability and variance AVE values were 0.80 and 0.50 respectively. Conclusion: The Chinese version of WOLF psychometric indicators ideal, with cross-cultural applicability.
