引言钻孔应变测量法是测量材料表面附近残余应力的半无损的方法。本方法包括在表面安装应变计,并在应变计附近钻一个孔测量所释放的应变。测出的应变通过一组方程式和被释放的主应力相关。 1、范围 1.1 本方法包括测定各向同性弹性材料表面附近残余应力的方法和步骤。虽然概念是十分普遍的,但此处所描述的方法只适用于应力沿深度变化不大,且其数值不超过屈服强度的一半。因为本方法是半无损的,它应该用于小孔不影响结构的使用或比其他方法在技术上或经济上有更多的优越性的场合。
Introduction Drill hole strain measurement is a semi-nondestructive method of measuring residual stresses near the surface of a material. The method involves installing a strain gauge on the surface and drilling a hole near the strain gauge to measure the strain released. The measured strain is related to the principal stress being released by a set of equations. 1. Scope 1.1 This method includes methods and procedures for measuring residual stresses near the surface of isotropic elastic materials. Although the concept is quite common, the method described here applies only to stress that varies little along the depth and does not exceed half the yield strength. Since this method is semi-nondestructive, it should be used where the pinhole does not affect the use of the structure or has more technical or economic advantages over other methods.
