新建武广铁路客运专线,设计时速350 km,正线50号高速道岔和部分18号高速道岔采用整体道岔板式无砟轨道技术。整体道岔板是新型道岔整体道床施工技术,相比其他无砟轨道道岔技术的优点是:精度高、分块安装施工速度快、在无岔轨情况下可铺轨临时通过,从而缩短整体施工工期。其精密测量是道岔板铺设的关键技术之一。
New Wu-Guang Railway Passenger Dedicated Line, the design speed of 350 km, the main line of 50 high-speed turnouts and part of 18 high-speed turnouts using the overall turnout ballastless track technology. Integral turnout board is a new turnout integrated track bed construction technology. Compared with other ballastless track turnout technology, the advantages are: high precision, quick installation and construction by block, temporary laying through without track, thereby shortening the overall construction period. Its precision measurement is one of the key technologies of laying switchboard.
