在环球经济飞速发展的大环境下,国内外医疗市场竞争日益加大,公立医院的人力资源管理受到严重的考验,特别是医院的人员流失给医院发展造成巨大的影响,人员的流失一方面会增加医院的重置成本,另一方面核心人员的流失也会影响医务人员工作的稳定性。因此,面对现今公立医院人员流失问题,医院应仔细分析人员流失的原因,想方设法留住核心人员,为医院可持续发展打下坚实基础。
