First of all, it is necessary to consider how to carry out basic technical education in production of compost from the knowledge students have gained in the classroom. Students in Year two have already learned about the types of fertilizers and the relationship between fertilizers and plants. Based on what our students already know, talk to them, systematically deepen and reinforce the significance of fertilizers to increase production, and lead the students through the compost production process, begin with a note to the students that today our activity is to make compost and then ask, “We What type of fertilizer should the composting belong to, depending on the type of fertilizer? ”The student replied:“ Organic fertilizers. ”Immediately afterwards asked:“ Can organic fertilizers be absorbed directly into the plant? ”Student knowledge gained from application is easy to answer: “No, organic matter needs to become humus, and then changed to become inorganic salts can be absorbed by plants.” So teachers summarize the students answer above, to tell you: organic matter can be used as vegetative growth and development of nutrients, must be from Organics (animal and plant remains) become humus, and then change to inorganic salts before being absorbed.
