为获得特定的分离膜表面,在陶瓷膜的膜孔道表面制备了纳米涂层。纳米涂层厚度导致陶瓷膜的孔径减小,根据Hagen-Poiseuille方程,渗透通量应减少,但纳米涂层修饰陶瓷膜反而增加。为认识这种特殊的水渗透现象,借助“边界滑移”理论,从纳米涂层的表面形貌、纳米效应以及亲憎水性的角度解释纳米修饰陶瓷膜的渗透机理,并通过实验验证了渗透机理的前提条件。
To obtain a specific separation membrane surface, a nano-coating was prepared on the membrane pore surface of the ceramic membrane. The nano-coating thickness leads to the decrease of the pore size of the ceramic membrane. According to the Hagen-Poiseuille equation, the permeation flux should be reduced, but the nano-coating modified ceramic membrane instead increases. In order to understand this special phenomenon of water infiltration, with the aid of the theory of “boundary slip”, the mechanism of the infiltration of the nano-modified ceramic membrane was explained from the surface morphology, nano-effect and hydrophobicity of the nano-coating.
