气管是个机构复杂的器官,其中纤毛更具有特殊的功能。为满足临床气管移植的需要,本文研究了气管的低温保存工艺和移植技术。本研究探索得到的气管低温保存工艺方法,经电镜分析显示,气管的超微结构和纤毛的功能均得到很好保存。对20只狗进行移植试验,除3只因移植物气管软化和狭窄的死亡外,存活率达80%;对人的临床低温保存和移植试验进行了2例,也取得很好的效果。
The trachea is a complex organ, in which cilia have a special function. In order to meet the needs of clinical tracheal transplantation, this article studied the cryopreservation process and transplantation technology of trachea. This study explored the cryogenic preservation process of trachea. Electron microscope analysis showed that the ultrastructure of trachea and the function of cilia were well preserved. Twenty dogs were transplanted and the survival rate was 80% except for 3 deaths due to tracheal softening and stenosis of the grafts. Two cases of human clinical cryopreservation and transplantation tests were performed and good results were obtained.
