目的 :探讨Hcy(同型半胱氨酸)、Hb AIc(糖化血红蛋白)及U-m ALb(尿微量白蛋白)联合检验在2型糖尿病早期肾损害中的诊断价值。方法:选择2015年1月至2016年6月来我院就诊的2型糖尿病患者78例为观察组研究对象,其中伴肾损害患者40例,不伴肾损害患者38例,另选择同时期健康体检者40例作为对照组研究对象。对所有受试者进行Hcy、Hb AIc及U-m ALb检测。结果:三组受试者各项指标水平存在明显差异(P<0.05),三项指标联合检测的阳性率远远高于单项检测(P<0.05)。结论 :Hcy、Hb AIc及U-m ALb可作为2型糖尿病早期肾损害的诊断标准,三者联合检测能够大大提高诊断的准确率。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of Hcy (homocysteine), Hb AIc (glycated hemoglobin) and U-m ALb (urine microalbumin) in the diagnosis of early renal damage in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: From January 2015 to June 2016, 78 type 2 diabetic patients treated in our hospital were selected as the observation group. Among them, 40 patients with renal damage, 38 patients without renal damage, and the other healthy people 40 cases of subjects as control subjects. All subjects were tested for Hcy, Hb AIc and U-m ALb. Results: There were significant differences among the three groups (P <0.05). The positive rate of the three combined tests was much higher than that of the single test (P <0.05). Conclusion: Hcy, Hb AIc and U-m ALb can be used as diagnostic criteria for early stage renal damage in type 2 diabetes patients. Combined detection of Hcy, Hb AIc and U-m ALb can greatly improve the diagnostic accuracy.
