所有居住区在建成后随着社会经济和居民生活需求的不断发展、变化，从理论及实践角度都会产生持续发展、完善的要求。本文据此提出了“居住区后续规划”概念，并在阐述它的内涵特征的基础上，探讨居住区后续规划要研究的主要内容及其运行机制，试图研究建立一个更完善的居住区规划框架体系，在理论上和实践上对占城市最大量的已建成居住区的规划工作有所推动。
After the completion of the construction of all residential areas, with the continuous development and changes in the needs of the society and economy and the needs of the residents, there will be continuous development and improvement in terms of theory and practice. This article proposes the concept of “subsequent planning of residential area”, and on the basis of expounding its connotation characteristics, discusses the main content and operating mechanism of the follow-up planning of residential area, and tries to study and establish a more perfect residential area planning framework. The system, in theory and in practice, promotes the planning of the largest number of completed residential areas in the city.
