Objective To investigate the evolution of retinal vascular damage in the fundus of low concentration exposure to carbon disulfide (CS2). Methods The working environment of the workshop was fixed and the concentration of CS2 was detected regularly. Fundus fluorescein angiography was performed on the exposed and control workers (each 10). Results The average exposure level of CS2 was 10mg / m3. The average number of samples that exceeded CS2 maximum allowable concentration (10mg / m3) was 17.8% (up to 32.6%). In this environment, Abnormalities accounted for 40%, no abnormalities in control, the difference was significant (P <0. 05). CONCLUSION: Prolonged exposure to low concentrations of CS2 causes retinal vascular damage in the fundus, which is characterized by tortuous and tortuous vessels, delayed filling → vascular leakage → microvessel angiogenesis, and dose-dependent age-dependent effects.
