1.问题的提出:我厂对矿粉的处理,原是土烧结成块再破碎过筛入炉。这一生产过程存在着一些问题:①锰矿粉的烧结,结成率低,一般不到70%。这样破碎过筛后的入炉成品矿只有40%左右,返矿率很大。②土烧结是人工操作,拌料和烧结过程劳动强度大,工作条件差。烧结过程中大量的烟尘污染环境,影响人体健康。③土烧结矿成份中的亚铁较高,进入高炉后吸热较大,降低了炉温,焦比升高,影响各种经济指标。④虽然我厂入炉烧结矿用量不
