去年大跃进中,全国各地建立的许多小土水泥厂,经过整顿、巩固和提高,已逐步转为小洋水泥厂,产品质量也逐步提高。原来用钢球冲击试验法来确定水泥标号已显得不能适应需要,必须研究一种准确性更高的洋土结合的简易强度检验方法。根据以往的经验,矽酸盐水泥只要抗拉强度符合所要求的标号,抗压强度一般就无问题,小立窑水泥熟料更是如此,因为小立窑水泥熟料的游离石灰含量一般较高,因此,考虑采用抗拉强度来控制水泥标号,并设法使仪器设备简化,除使用正规抗拉机外,可取消胶砂拌和机,改用人力硬练成型机,及采取成型后立卽脱模(减少许多摸型)等办法进行。1.用人力简易硬练成型机
