研究了Mo和Nb的加入对Fe3Al基合金高温蠕变性能的影响.结果表明,含有Mo、Nb等元素的Fe3Al基合金在200MPa,600℃的蠕变中,控制蠕变速率的主要因素是亚晶胞的形成,MO加入到Fe3Al基合金中起到固溶强化的作用,Nb的加入导致形成第二相,二者均使蠕变过程中亚晶胞的形成速度减缓,使合金蠕变速率减小,蠕变寿命提高,但Nb对改善Fe3Al基合金蠕变性能的作用比Mo更大.
The effect of adding Mo and Nb on high temperature creep properties of Fe3Al-based alloys was investigated. The results show that in the creep of 200MPa and 600 ℃, the main factor controlling the creep rate of Fe3Al-based alloys containing Mo, Nb and other elements is the formation of sub-unit cells. MO is added to the Fe3Al-based alloy to act as a solid solution strengthening The addition of Nb results in the formation of the second phase, both of which slow down the formation of subgranular cells in the creep process, decrease the creep rate of the alloy and increase the creep life, but Nb improves the creep properties of the Fe3Al-based alloy The effect is greater than Mo.
