目的:探讨早期指针和神经发育治疗技术(Neuro develop treatment,NDT)干预对缺血缺氧性脑病(HIE)患儿运动和智力发育的影响。方法:选择缺血缺氧脑病患儿31例,随机分为两组(对照组15例,治疗组16例)。对照组进行NDT治疗,治疗组进行NDT和指针治疗。结果:两组患儿的运动发育指数(PDI)和智力发育指数(MDI),治疗后疗效优于治疗前,统计结果有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.001),治疗后治疗组的疗效优于对照组的疗效,统计分析有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:早期指针和NDT干预均对缺血缺氧脑病患儿的运动发育和智力发育状况有改善作用,而且指针和NDT配合应用有协同作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of early intervention and Neuro-development treatment (NDT) on motor and mental development in children with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods: Thirty-one children with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were randomly divided into two groups (control group, 15 cases and treatment group, 16 cases). The control group was treated with NDT, and the treatment group was treated with NDT and the pointer. Results: The PDI and MDI of two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.05, P <0.001). After treatment, Efficacy than the control group, statistical analysis showed significant difference (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Early intervention and NDT both improve the motor development and mental development in children with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, and the synergistic effects of NDT and NDT can be obtained.
