制备了用于创面愈合的壳聚糖(CS)-白芨胶(BSG)复合凝胶体系,并采用单因素试验考察了各因素对所得体系在37℃时胶凝时间的影响。优化得到CS浓度为2%、BSG浓度为1%和碳酸氢钠浓度为0.68 mol/L,所得制品胶凝时间为8.3 min。采用物性分析仪考察了CS和BSG浓度对凝胶性能的影响。结果优化处方具有较高的凝胶强度、黏附力、硬度、弹性和黏聚性。该凝胶体系的内部结构呈多孔性,且具有良好的持水性和吸水性。
The chitosan (CS) -baccatin (BSG) composite gel system for wound healing was prepared and the influence of various factors on the gelation time of the obtained system at 37 ℃ was investigated by single factor test. The CS concentration was 2%, BSG concentration was 1% and sodium bicarbonate concentration was 0.68 mol / L. The gelation time of the obtained product was 8.3 min. The effect of CS and BSG concentrations on the gel properties was investigated by using a physical analyzer. Results Optimized prescription has high gel strength, adhesion, hardness, elasticity and cohesion. The internal structure of the gel system is porous, and has good water holding capacity and water absorption.
