在氢氧化铬法生产金属铬的工艺中,还原反应产生出大量的含氢氧化钠的废水排放出去,不仅严重污染了河流和农田,而且也流失了氢氧化钠等化工原料。而我厂生产金属铬每年却需用纯碱约2000吨左右,由于原料紧张,往往严重影响生产。如何化害为利,将废水中氢氧化钠回收制成纯碱,成为金属铬生产中的重要课题之一。遵照毛主席关于“综合利用很重要,要注意”的伟大教导,在厂党委的领导下,组织了工人、干部、技术人员的三结合班子,认真调查研究,反复试验。本着艰苦奋斗、自力更生的革命精神,于72年春设计了废水回收纯碱车间,75年7月份进行试生产。现将生产以
In the chromium hydroxide production of chromium metal process, the reduction reaction produces a large amount of wastewater containing sodium hydroxide emissions, not only seriously polluted rivers and farmland, but also lost sodium hydroxide and other chemical raw materials. In the revolutionary spirit of hard work and self-reliance, we designed a wastewater recovery soda ash plant in the spring of July 72 and started trial production in July 75. Will now be produced
