现阶段,我国社会医疗保障制度建设到了向低收入或无收入人群扩展的关键时期,如何让他们公平地享受医疗保障的问题备受社会关注。为此,笔者特就相关因素进行初步探讨,以供商榷。
At this stage, the construction of China’s social medical security system has reached a critical period for the expansion of low-income or non-income groups. How to allow them to enjoy medical care fairly will receive much attention from the society. To this end, the author will conduct a preliminary discussion on relevant factors for commercial consultation.
