本文以人参皂甙Re作为标准品,应用比色法在波长544nm处测定样品中人参皂甙的含量,其平均回收率在99.0±1.72%。
In this paper, ginsenoside Re was used as a standard, and the content of ginsenosides in the sample was determined by colorimetry at a wavelength of 544 nm. The average recovery was 99.0±1.72%.
