目的:了解60岁以上军队干部的健康状况,分析其医疗需求。方法:采用自行设计的健康需求问卷对某军队高校60岁及以上干部187人进行了无记名调查,并根据工作情况分离休返聘、离休未聘及在位3组进行对比研究。结果:在位组影响正常工作和生活的疾病患病率明显低于离休返聘和离休未聘组,男女患病率及疾病分布相差不显著,在位组年平均门诊及取药次数明显低于离休返聘和离休未聘组。结论:提示离休干部的医疗需求明显高于在位干部,应加强对离退休干部的医疗保健工作。
Objectives: To understand the health status of military cadres over the age of 60 and analyze their medical needs. Methods: The self-designed questionnaire of health needs was used to conduct a secretarial investigation of 187 military cadres aged 60 years and over in a military college. According to their work conditions, they were separated from each other and returned to work. Results: The prevalence of diseases affecting the normal work and life in the eutopic group was significantly lower than that in the cases of rehiring and retiring without rehospitalization, with no significant difference in the prevalence and distribution of disease between the male and female patients. The average number of outpatients and taking medicines in the ambulatory group was significantly lower than Leave retired and retired unpaid group. Conclusion: It is suggested that the medical needs of retired cadres are obviously higher than that of cadres who are retired, and the medical care of retired cadres should be strengthened.
