贵州荔波有着丰富的世界遗产地旅游资源。通过阐述遗产地、遗产地旅游以及旅游软环境的性质和关联,研究优化软环境对荔波旅游业带来的积极意义,指出了旅游软环境存在村民参与不足、生态环境破坏、服务意识不足、民族文化破坏、游客满意度不高等一些问题,提出了搭建村民参与平台、坚持可持续发展、保护民族文化资源、提升游客满意度等方法来进一步优化软环境。 Guizhou Libo has a wealth of World Heritage sites tourism resources. This article studies the positive significance of optimizing soft environment to Libo tourism by expounding the nature and connection of heritage, heritage tourism and tourism soft environment.
