基于开放式创新视角,针对中国通信设备制造业创新国际化活动对其创新能力的影响进行分析。研究表明:中国通信设备制造业的创新国际化活动能够有效提升其产业创新能力,而其中研发资金的投入,是现阶段中国通信设备制造业创新能力提升的主要因素。因此,中国通信设备制造业可通过以下途径来提高其国际创新能力:优化R&D投资环境,吸引来华投资;拓展技术市场,搭建国际交流平台;加强人才培养和引进。
Based on the perspective of open innovation, this paper analyzes the impact of innovation and internationalization activities on China’s communications equipment manufacturing industry on their innovative abilities. The research shows that the innovative internationalization activities of China’s communications equipment manufacturing industry can effectively enhance its industrial innovation capability. The investment in R & D funds is the major factor in improving the innovation capability of China’s communications equipment manufacturing industry at this stage. Therefore, China’s communications equipment manufacturing industry can enhance its international innovation capability through the following ways: optimizing the R & D investment environment, attracting investment in China; expanding the technology market and building an international exchange platform; and strengthening personnel training and introduction.
