现代国际经济处于高速发展的时代,全球一体化的趋势越来越明显,这给我国国内企业的生存带来了巨大的压力,如果企业自身没有有效的应对机制,那么必然会被经济现状所淘汰。因此,企业在发展过程中必须制定有效的战略规划,对营销管理中的沟通模式重点关注,保证在企业发展当中各部门之间的协调配合。本文即是对企业营销管理中的有效沟通模式进行研究,首先说明了管理沟通的概念和方法,探讨了该模式在企业管理中能够发挥的作用,存在的问题,并阐述了提升沟通效率的措施,以期能为相关工作提供参考。
