众所周知,中国有望年内加入世贸组织。对此,我国不少商家尤其是超市企业表现出“有可能遭受外商冲击”的忧虑,同时猜测“海外超市进入中国市场后将如何动作”,并迫切希望能够了解一些海外超市的情况,等等。他山之石,可以攻玉。国外办超市的经验确有可借鉴之处。为此,我们对日本等八个国家的超市情况进行了“扫描”,读者看后也许会开拓自己的视野,并从中总结出一些可借鉴的经验来,琢磨出如何与外商竞争的策略来。
