企业培训是一种系统化的智力投资,本文论述了目前我国大多数企业培训效果的现状,并就产生现状的原因进行了分析。在分析原因的基础上提出了提高企业培训效果的几点建议,并给出了使企业培训成为企业和员工双赢的具体方法和措施。
Enterprise training is a systematic intellectual investment. This article discusses the current status of the training effect of most enterprises in China and analyzes the reasons for the status quo. On the basis of analyzing the reasons, some suggestions on how to improve the effectiveness of enterprise training are put forward, and the specific methods and measures to make enterprise training a win-win business and employee are given.
