软件无线电是近年来无线通信领域中出现的一种崭新的思想和技术 ,它的诞生标志着无线通信领域继模拟到数字、固定到移动后的又一次重大变革。以美国为首的西方国家十分重视软件无线电技术研究 ,相继开展了这方面的工作。清华大学软件无线电课题组以国家自然科学重点基金为支撑 ,从理论和实现两个方面展开了软件无线电技术的研究 ,在国内率先提出并以通用PC (PersonalComputer)和LAN (LocalAreaNetwork)为基础构建了软件无线电试验平台 ,促进了这一新思想和新技术在国内的传播 Software radio is a kind of brand-new thought and technology that appear in the field of wireless communication in recent years, its birth marks another big change after moving from simulation to figure in wireless communication field. The western countries headed by the United States attach great importance to the research of software radio technology and successively carry out their work in this field. The project team of software radio at Tsinghua University, supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, has carried out research on software radio technology from two aspects of theory and implementation.
