近年来,国有企业高层管理人员“天价”薪酬这一现象引起社会热议。其原因不仅是与高管人员的招聘制度有关,更与内部控制有着密不可分的联系。国企高管人员的畸高薪酬,不仅激发了企业员工和社会大众的不满情绪,影响了社会的公平与和谐,同时也影响了国有企业的改革和发展。本文通过研究当前经济背景下的国有企业高层管理人员的薪酬问题现状并分析国企高管人员薪酬过高的原因,通过对公司治理、建立有效薪酬激励机制、内部监督等方面并结合近期国家出台的国企薪酬改革政策提出符合我国国情的国企高管薪酬制度的相关对策。
