大多数工业炉,其热能都是直接或者间接地从燃料燃烧中取得,因此需要消耗大量的燃料。例如:我国在1979年生产了1亿多吨石油,而作为燃料就消耗掉了3650万吨。因而工业炉的节能工作,对国民经济的发展具有重要的意义。目前,各种类型的加热炉、热处理炉及窑炉,热效率都很低。如锻造炉的热效率为8~25%,热处理的热效率为8~30%,连续式加热炉和隧道式窑炉的热效率较高,也只有30~55%,节能的潜力很大。
Most industrial furnaces, whose thermal energy is taken directly or indirectly from fuel combustion, consume a large amount of fuel. For example, China produced more than 100 million tons of oil in 1979 and consumed 36.5 million tons as fuel. Therefore, energy-saving industrial furnace, the development of the national economy is of great significance. At present, various types of heating furnaces, heat treatment furnaces and kilns have low thermal efficiency. Such as forging furnace thermal efficiency of 8 ~ 25%, the thermal efficiency of heat treatment is 8 ~ 30%, continuous heating furnace and tunnel kiln thermal efficiency is high, only 30 to 55%, great potential for energy conservation.
