以黄瓜、番茄为试材进行苗期CO2 施肥试验 ,结果表明 :温室冬季每天上午CO2 施肥 3h明显促进幼苗生长 ,增加株高、茎粗、叶面积、鲜重和干重 ,降低植株水分含量 ,利于培育壮苗。与CK相比 ,黄瓜CO2施肥 2 4d后 ,70 0± 1 0 0 μL/L和 1 1 0 0± 1 0 0 μL/L处理分别使全株干物重增加 34 6 3%和 75 35 % ;番茄CO2 施肥 36d后分别使全株干物重增加 45 0 8%和 79 0 1 %。 3种条件下培育的黄瓜幼苗壮苗指数分别为 0 0 90 2 ,0 1 2 72和 0 1 978;番茄幼苗壮苗指数分别为 0 1 0 45 ,0 1 32 7和 0 1 836。与此同时 ,CO2 施肥幼苗比叶重上升 ,气孔密度增大 ,根系活性增强
