北京中国工艺美术馆展销馆2层、5层及7层俱乐部在设计装璜上大面积采用了金属压型格栅吊顶(图1),面积近4500m~2。该种吊顶的特点是吸音效果好、空间艺术性好,美观大方。 现将其施工方法简介如下。 一、施工准备 1.机具。电动无齿锯、电钻、电焊机、冲击钻、搬手、钳子、螺丝刀、多用刀、小油桶、油刷、0.6m~3汽泵、喷斗。 2.材料。8吊杆、轻钢龙骨及配套挂件、8膨胀螺栓、L25×2的铝角、自攻螺丝、防锈漆、黑油漆、黑涂料、金属格栅条及配套材料。
The 2nd, 5th and 7th clubs of the exhibition hall of the China National Art and Crafts Museum in Beijing have adopted a metal pressure grille ceiling (Fig. 1) on a large scale in the design and installation, covering an area of nearly 4500m2. This kind of ceiling is characterized by good sound absorption, good space art, and beautiful appearance. The construction method is described below. First, the construction preparation 1. Machines. Electric toothless saw, electric drill, electric welder, impact drill, moving hand, pliers, screwdriver, multi-purpose knife, small oil drum, oil brush, 0.6m~3 steam pump, spray bucket. 2. Material. 8Booms, light steel keel and supporting pendants, 8 expansion bolts, L25×2 aluminum angle, self-tapping screws, antirust paint, black paint, black paint, metal grille strips and supporting materials.
