本文运用基础理论,对抛丸器进行了力学分析。根据铁丸在旋转叶片中的极座标运动轨迹方程式,经分析计算,建立了适合一定结构的抛丸器单位时间内最大抛丸量的计算公式和功率计算公式,并应用这些公式对青岛铸造机械厂等单位进行的高效抛丸器试验中的数据进行了理论计算,结果基本上与实测值相符。这些新的分析和计算,为改进抛丸器提高其抛丸量提供了理论依据,对于进一步研制高效抛丸器,将是十分有益的。遵照“百家争鸣”的方针,欢迎大家对于本文所提出的计算公式和阐述的观点,自由地进行学术讨论。由于全文篇幅较长,分两期刊载。——编者
In this paper, the basic theory is applied to the mechanical analysis of the shot blasting machine.
